I feel compelled to write about my home buying experience with Kathleen Baumsteiger. First let me start by telling you that I usually am 10 steps ahead of anyone on something I am passionate about. This was not so with Kathleen. She maintained the lead throughout the entire process. From the start of my home search, Kathleen provided me with crucial information to prepare me for the twists and turns that could lie ahead. She listened to my needs and was always open to a change of plans regarding homes I wanted to view. Aside from the listings she presented me, as I sent her listings I liked from websites, she acted quickly & was able to give me the inside info. She was always readily available to take me to view a home. She was professional, fun and had a great sense of what makes a beautiful home. My budget fell below my level of taste & that still did not prevent Kathleen from being patient with me and ultimately finding me a home that I am in love with. More importantly, she stayed on top of the sellers agent, escrow officer & mortgage broker, resulting in escrow closing 10 days early.
